All orders are subject to acceptance and availability.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including but not limited to: (a) Availability of products (b) Errors in the description or price of the product (c) Errors in your order
We take reasonable steps to display the products on our website as accurately as possible. However, the colors and details you see on your screen will depend on your monitor display, and we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any item will be exactly the same as the real products.

All prices are subject to change without notice.
We are not responsible for typographical errors regarding price or any other matter.
Payment must be received by us before the shipment of your order. We accept Credit/Debit Cards, Wallet Payment, UPI.
You represent and warrant that (a) the credit card information you supply is true, correct and complete, (b) you are duly authorized to use such credit card for the purchase, (c) your credit card company will honor the charges you incur, and (d) you shall pay the charges incurred by you at the posted prices, including shipping costs and all applicable taxes, if any.
5. Shipping and Delivery
We will ship the products to the address you provide during the order process.
Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.
Risk of loss and title for the products pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.
For marble statue returns due to shipping damage, we will arrange for our designated courier company to pick up the item from your address.
6. Return and Refund Policy
Our Return and Refund Policy is incorporated into these Terms of Service by reference. Please review the Return and Refund Policy for detailed information about your rights and obligations regarding returns and refunds. The key points are:
Returns are accepted for eligible items within 14 days of the delivery date, and the item must be in its original condition.
Marble statues are generally non-returnable, but returns are accepted if broken during shipping or received broken.
You are responsible for return shipping costs, except for eligible marble statue returns (i.e., due to shipping damage), in which case we will cover the costs.
Refunds or replacements are offered for eligible returns. Refunds for returns other than damaged marble statues will be issued to the original payment method. For returns of damaged marble statues, you can choose to have the refund amount added to your Luvkush Moorti wallet balance or request a replacement of the same item.

The content of this website, including but not limited to text, images, logos, and trademarks, is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.
