Return & Exchange
Thank you for shopping at Luvkush Moorti. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you need to return an item, please review the following policy:
1. Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in its original condition, unused, and in the same packaging as you received it.
Returns must be initiated within 14 days of the delivery date.
The following items are not eligible for return:
Marble statues are non-returnable. However, returns are accepted for marble statues if they are broken during shipping or received in a broken condition.
2. Return Process
To initiate a return, please contact us at Luvkushmoorti@gmail.com or +91 9079912192 with your order number and the reason for the return.
We will provide you with a return shipping address and instructions on how to send the item back.
Return shipping costs for eligible marble statue returns (i.e., due to shipping damage) will be paid by the company. We will arrange for our designated courier company to pick up the item from your address.
For all other returns, you are responsible for paying the return shipping costs.
We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure that we receive your return. We are not responsible for lost or damaged returns.
3. Refund/Replacement Process
Once we receive your returned item and verify that it meets the eligibility criteria, we will process your refund or replacement.
For eligible returns, you will have the option to choose one of the following:
The refund amount will be added to your Luvkush Moorti wallet balance. You can request a replacement of the same item.
Please allow 5 business days for the refund/replacement to be processed.
Shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error (e.g., you received the wrong item or a defective product) or the return of a damaged marble statue as per section 1.
4. Exchanges
If you would like to exchange an item for a different size. please contact us at Luvkushmoorti@gmail.com or +91 9079912192 to check availability.
You are responsible for paying the return shipping costs for the original item.
We will ship the exchanged item to you free of charge, unless it is due to an error.
5. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at Luvkushmoorti@gmail.com or WhatsApp on +91 9079912192 with your order number and a description of the damage or defect.
We will either replace the item or issue a full refund, including shipping costs.
You may be required to provide photos of the damaged or defective item.
6. Cancellations
If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible at Luvkushmoorti@gmail.com or WhatsApp on +91 9079912192.
If the order has not yet been shipped, we will issue a full refund.
If the order has been shipped, you will need to follow our return process.
