• If any particular Moorti is out of stock, we will promptly inform you of the expected lead time in our quotation.

2. Shipping Options:

For Delivery within India:

• Shipping by Air Courier: We partner with renowned courier companies such as FEDEX, DHL, and other reliable services to ensure your order reaches you swiftly and securely.
• Lead Time: The estimated delivery time within India is 2-4 working days from the date of dispatch (excluding Sundays and India National Holidays).
• Personalized Messages: You have the option to include a personalized message or greetings with your gift. Please indicate this during the checkout process.

For International Delivery:

• We ship our Moortis worldwide to any country. Shipping charges for international orders will be provided to you in our quotation.
• We offer the following international shipping options:
  • By Courier (Door to Door Delivery): We utilize services like DHL, FEDEX, UPS, etc., for convenient door-to-door delivery.
  • By Air (Port to Port): We can deliver your order to any international airport.
  • By Sea (Port to Port): We can deliver your order to all major seaports worldwide.
• Taxes and Duties: Please note that any taxes, duties, or import fees levied by the destination country will be your responsibility.

3. Packaging:

• Our experienced packers adhere to international export standards to ensure your Moorti is packaged securely for safe transportation and delivery to your destination.
• We can combine multiple products for shipping to optimize cost-effectiveness.

4. Shipping Delays:

• While we strive for timely delivery, Luvkush Moorti will not be liable for any delays in shipping that are beyond our direct control.

5. Chargeable Weight:

• The chargeable weight for shipping is determined by either the gross weight or the volumetric weight calculation of the package, whichever is higher.

6. Shipping Outside of India:

• Yes, we ship our products globally to any country. The applicable shipping charges will be provided to you in our quotation based on your destination and the chosen shipping method.

7. Refused Orders:

• If you refuse to accept your order upon delivery, you will be responsible for any return shipping charges assessed by the courier.
• For international deliveries, in addition to return shipping costs, you will also be responsible for any duties, handling fees, or import charges incurred on refused or unclaimed shipments.
• Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable on refused or unclaimed shipments.

8. Taxes and Duties on International Orders:

• For our customers within India, Luvkush Moorti will cover all levies.
• For orders being shipped to addresses outside of India, you, as the recipient, may be liable to pay duties and taxes upon delivery. Luvkush Moorti cannot be held responsible for any duties or taxes assessed by your country's government on orders delivered to countries other than India.
